 Parks and Historic Sites
Rosie the Riveter / World War II Home Front National Historical Park 232-5050
The crown jewel of Marina Bay parks, the Rosie the Riveter/World II Home Front National Historic Park (part of the National Park Service) is home to the Rosie the Riveter Memorial and the historic Richmond shipyards. The park commemorates the important part the City of Richmond played in the World War II Home Front.

Nearby is the historic SS Red Oak Victory, a National Memorial Ship commemorating the wartime contributions of the residents and workers of the City of Richmond and the shipbuilding ingenuity of Henry J. Kaiser.
