Officer Bradley A. Moody Memorial Underpass Construction Project: The Richmond Community Redevelopment Agency (http://www.ci.richmond.ca.us/index.aspx?nid=99) will present two design schemes and drawings for the underpass. Agency staff and Natalina Bernardi (BKF Engineers Design Team Lead), David Gates (Gates & Associates Design Team Landscape Architect), and Marcia Vallier (Vallier Design Associates, Design Team Public Outreach) will be on hand. ADVANCE NOTICE OF UPCOMING MEETING ABOUT CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: The Redevelopment Agency will hold an additional meeting for the Marina Bay community either late August or early September to discuss the underpass construction schedule. Under consideration is a shortened 18 month construction schedule with attendant road closures, or a longer construction schedule with fewer road closures. A Notice of Public Hearing will be mailed to all property owners. Please attend both of these important meetings.
