MBNC Meeting on Wednesday, March 10,   2010

• Beat Officer’s Report: Monthly crime statistics for our neighborhood.
• Update on the Railroad Quiet Zone:  Carlos Privat, Richmond Assistant City Attorney will present an update on the discussions that are taking place between the City of Richmond, All Aboard Storage, BNSF and the California Public Utilities Commission regarding the Quiet Zone at Marina Bay.
• Crime Prevention Program:  Tom Brichta, Executive Board Member of the Crime Prevention Program will discuss the activities of the Crime Prevention Program for the City of Richmond and provide suggestions for creating a safe environment for your home and its surroundings.
• Reports of Officers:  The 2009 Officers of the Marina Bay Neighborhood Council will present a summation of Council activities that took place last year.
