  • Beat Officer’s Report: Monthly crime statistics for our neighborhood.
  • Marina Bay Neighborhood Council Elections for 2010: Election of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer for 2010 will be held.
  • Officer Bradley A. Moody Memorial: Sergeant Tod Opdyke, Richmond Police Department and Mrs. Susan Moody will be requesting community support for a plaque to be placed on the proposed grade separation in remembrance of Officer Bradley A. Moody who was involved in a fatal solo vehicle traffic collision on Marina Bay Parkway in October of 2009 and that the bypass be named the Officer Bradley A. Moody Memorial Bypass.
  • Bio-Rad Building Replacement Project:  John Stier, Bio-rad, Director, Corporate Real Estate and Facilities and Carla Evans, Bio-rad, Facilities Engineer will discuss plans to replace existing office and R&D laboratory buildings with a new building of the same size at the corner of 3110 Regatta Boulevard, Richmond.
